Importing/Exporting User Accounts
Starting in version 3.3.94, a new administrative feature was added that allows System Administrators to import and export user accounts to/from the Solution Center software. This was done to accommodate a request that allows administrators to filter user accounts, export the user accounts to Excel, manipulate the account properties or settings, and then import the accounts back into the Solution Center.
A practical example of the use of this feature is updating the default multipliers of a large number of accounts. Instead of selecting each user individually, editing the properties of the user, saving and then locating the next user, the administrator may filter the desired users, export the users, make a change on a large number of users all at once, and then import the user accounts back into the system.
