The ClimateMaster Solution Center (CMSC) is built around the concept of menus and dashboards. The application has a menu system that allows the user to easily navigate between different parts of the application. The dashboards display relevant information based on the type of user that is logged into the system. For more information on the Dashboards please view the help topic entitled Dashboards.

The CSMC consists of nine (9) menu items with several sub-menus.

Each menu is described below:

Home Menu

The Home Menu displays the ClimateMaster Solution Center home page within an iFrame. This page is maintained by ClimateMaster and points to the following URL: http://wp.climatemaster.com/commercial/iframe-widgets/

News Menu

The News Menu displays news items from the ClimateMaster web site. This page is maintained by ClimateMaster and points to the following URL:

Dashboards Menu

The Dashboards Menu redirects the user to a specific dashboard page. Depending upon the user's permission level the user may have access to specific dashboards. Dashboards are described in more detail in the help topic entitled Dashboards.

Projects Menu

The Projects Menu allows the user to view or manage their projects or projects to which they have been granted access. More information related to projects can be found in the help topic entitled Projects located elsewhere in this help file.

Tools Menu

The Tools Menu has items that allow the user of the CMSC to perform additional functions not directly related to projects, quotes or orders. The tools menu has three sub-menu selections.

•          Project Customer Service - This tool enables ClimateMaster personnel to locate and possibly manage representative's projects. It is helpful when a ClimateMaster employee needs to assist representatives with some aspect of their existing projects. More information about this menu item can be found in the help topic entitled: Project Customer Service.

•Sales Intelligence - Provides basic reporting information for users of the CMSC. Within this menu selection there are several types of standard reports that are available to most users of the system. More information can be found in the help topic Sales Intelligence.

•Order String Decoder - The Order String Decoder tool can be used by CMSC users to decode order strings, either manually entered into the system or strings that are part of a quote or order, or even CSV (Comma Separated Values) files that have been uploaded to the system. This useful tool is documented in more detail in the help topic entitled Price Verification.

Administration Menu

The Administration Menu consists of three sub-menus that provide functionality related to user administration. Depending upon the user's permission level the user may have access to some or all of the sub-menus. Each menu is described below:

•User Defaults - Allows the user to change the default selection settings for new selections. View the topic entitled Setting User Defaults for more information.

•User Administration - Depending upon the user's permission level, the user will have the ability to view/manage user accounts. See the help topic entitled Account Management for more information.

•Change Password - This sub-menu allows the user to change their current logon password. View the help topic entitled Change Your Password for more information.

Help Menu

The Help Menu provides a way for users to receive additional information regarding the use of the solution center. There are three sub-menus under the Help Menu.

•ClimateMaster Business Center - Redirects the user to the Business Center login page. This is an external link that allows the user to access the Business Center website while staying logged in to the solution center.

•Solution Center Help - Redirects the user to the solution center help page. This is an external link maintained by ClimateMaster that provides additional help on using the CMSC system.

•User Manual - Opens a new tab in your web browser that displays the information contained in this help document.

Business Center Menu

This menu provide access to the ClimateMaster Business Center website. This is an external link that allows the user to access the Business Center website while staying logged in to the solution center.

Logout Menu

When clicked, the Logout Menu disconnects the user from the CMSC system and returns the user to the login page.
