The Sales Intelligence module is used by System Administrators to generate reports on system activity. From this module a user can generate various reports on topics such as user registrations, project activity, quotes and orders. Users can export report details to Excel as well as view report details on screen.

To access the module select Sales Intelligence from the Tools menu. Only users with System Administrator permissions will be able to access the module.

Several pre-configured reports are available to run. Each of these reports will run in a separate window and can be exported to Excel, Word or PDF format. These include the following:

•Users Registrations Activity

•Projects Activity

•Quotes Summary

•Orders Summary

Several other reports are available that can be exported to Excel. They include the following:

•Quote Header Report

•Quote Detail Report

•Order Header Report

•Order Detail Report

•User Activity Report

•Project Activity Report

•Special Multiplier Requests (Order) Report

•Special Multiplier Requests (Quote) Report

•Engineer User Account Registration Report

•Representative User Account Registration Report

To run any of the reports you must enter a From and To date in the Report Parameters section. Keep the following in mind when entering a From and To date.

•Date format is mm/dd/yyyy

•The From date must be a date before the To date

•Both a From and To date have to be entered

•Only numeric characters and dash (-) or forward slash (/) are valid separators between the month, day and year fields

•You may click on the date text boxes and a calendar will automatically display. You can pick a date from the calendar instead of entering one manually.

Dates are required for exported reports and summary reports.
