The schedule page displays a list of line items that are attached to a project. The page also allows the representative to add additional line items, edit existing line items and remove line items from a project. Reps may also access quotes and orders that associated with a project.
Other features of the schedule page include the ability to copy line items, move line items between projects and assign line items to quotes and orders.
From the schedule views section representatives may also customize the schedule view, print a default schedule and export the schedule to a CSV file.
The first time you access the Schedule page it will be empty as shown in the figure below.
At the top of the Equipment Schedule section there are several buttons that give you quick access to project related pages.
Takes you to the project info page where you can modify project properties, set project defaults, assign project users, modify project status information and delete projects. |

Redirects you to the riser page when you can configure vertical stack units. |

Allows you to view, delete, or assign other users access to your projects. See the topic entitled Granting Users Access to Your Projects for more information. |

Presents a list of the quotes associated with the project. View the help topic entitled Quotes for more information. |

Displays a list of orders associated with the project. See Orders for more information. |

Allows the representative to generate submittal documents based on the items in the project. View the help topic titled Creating a Submittal for more information. |
