By default, representatives will receive their default multiplier/commission rates for each quote or order. If the representative wishes they may request a different multiplier/commission rate for each quote or order. ClimateMaster needs to approve each change in multiplier/commission on a case-by-case basis. To request a multiplier/commission rate other than the default, follow the procedure outlined in the section Requesting a Special Multiplier/Commission Rate. An example of the e-mail is shown below.
