After a company has been created it is possible to edit the properties of the company. Companies have several basic properties including name, address and contact information.
To view or edit the properties, select Company Administration from the Administration menu. Locate the company you wish to edit and click the Edit icon. You will be redirected to the Company Administration details page.
From here you will be able to view/edit the properties of the company that you selected. Companies have several required fields.
•Company Name (maximum of 500 characters)
•Address (maximum of 500 characters
•City (maximum of 100 characters)
•Country
In addition to the required fields, several other properties may be entered for a company such as
•Address (cont) (maximum of 500 characters)
•State
•Zip/Postal Code (maximum of 10 characters)
•Phone (maximum of 20 characters)
•Website (maximum of 150 characters)
The detail page also displays a list of users that have been assigned to the company. This is useful as it allows administrators to see at a glance all of the user accounts that exist in the system that are part of the company. If you click the Edit icon you will be redirected to the User Admin edit page for the user selected.
