The ClimateMaster Commercial Quick Ship Program gives customers the option to reduce unit lead time. Standard lead times are accessible from the Business Center, and are updated on a regular basis, and typically range between 6 - 10 weeks, depending on plant loading. Ship cycle options of 2 or 3 weeks are available for the following units.

•Tranquility® 16 Compact Single-Stage (TC) Series 006 - 060

•TR Single Stage Units 006 - 060

•Tranquility® 22 Digital High Efficiency (TZ) Series 024 - 060

Note *575/60/3 phase units are unavailable for Quick Ship

Other Details/QS Program Guidelines:

•There is a daily maximum limit of 4 units per order per Rep. per day. For ANY instances where more are required, please contact your CSR.

•All products listed above are eligible for Quick Ship, including any and all options (new for 2019)

•If Quick ship is needed on a product not listed above, contact your CSR for assistance. (ClimateMaster will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis depending on availability of materials and manufacturing capacity.)

•Lead time starts when ClimateMaster receives a credit-cleared, released order.
