Marking Projects as Inactive Project Management.Marking Projects as Inactive (610)
Starting with version 3.1.95 of the CMSC, the system will automatically mark any projects that haven't had any activity in the past 180 days as inactive. This removes the project from the default project list view. Shown in the figure below is a list of all the reps active projects. This is the default view. There are also several inactive projects which are not displayed by default. To display the inactive projects the rep needs to click the Display All link.
Shown in the figure below is what the ProjectsList page will look like when viewing all projects, both active and inactive.
To switch back to the default view click the Hide Inactive link. The view will then change back to the figure shown at the top of the page.
List below are the events/processes that will cause the last modified date of the project to be updated. This resets the counter for the project. If any of the events listed below occur, the last modified date of the project will automatically be updated.
