When a user that doesn't currently have an account requests a new account the system will generate an e-mail and forward it to the e-mail address specified in the system database for Account Requests. The recipient of the e-mail will login to the CMSC and approve the user's request for an account. The process of requesting a user account is discussed in more detail in the topic Request a User Account The e-mail that is generated is shown below.
