Starting with version 3.2.91 of the ClimateMaster Solution Center, the ability the create, manage and delete companies was added. A company acts as a virtual container that holds and relates user accounts. Prior to this release, company management and grouping of companies was non-existent or hap-hazard. By creating and grouping user accounts by company, it is easier to assign Rep Managers to groups of users as well as ensuring that all users of the same company can interact with other users.

When creating a new company it is suggested that you first create the new company and then create a Rep Admin user for the company as the first user. By creating a Rep Admin user first, you are able to create additional users as Reps and then assign the Rep Admin as the parent user for the new Rep accounts.
