You must create a new company any time a new organization wishes to have allow users to create user accounts and login to the solution center. The process of creating a company is simple and straightforward.

 

PREREQUISITES

In order to create a company you must meet the following requirements:

Have a user account that is active and has the System Administration permission permission level

The name of the company that you wish to create

The Address, City and Country of the company that you wish to create

 

Once you have satisfied the above prerequisites login to the ClimateMaster Solution Center and select Company Administration from the Administration menu. This will redirect you to a page that looks similar to the figure below.

 

 

Browse the company list and ensure that a company with the name you wish to create does not already exist. If you attempt to create a company with the same name as company that already exists in the system you will receive an error message similar to the following:

 

 

Company names can contain any alphanumeric characters with the exception of the following characters:  ~'!$%^&*()+={}[]|:;`><?/\

 

If you attempt to use any of the invalid characters in the company name you will receive an error message similar to the one show above.

 

Once you have a correct and valid name, click the Add New Company button to create the company. The system will create the new company and you will be redirected to the Company Administration page.
