It is possible to e-mail a user of the ClimateMaster Solution Center software from the User Administration page. To e-mail a user first locate the user in either the top or bottom grid. Click on the e-mail icon  next to the user's permission level.

This will launch your default e-mail client program. Your default e-mail program may be Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird or any other e-mail client that you have installed on your computer. On Windows-based computers your default e-mail client program can be set by opening Control Panel and clicking on Internet Options. See the system documentation for how to configure or view your default e-mail client program.

If you do not have a default e-mail program your system will tell you that no program has been configured as your default e-mail client or it may attempt to configure the e-mail client if one is installed but not yet configured.
