Prior to completing an order containing DOAS units it is required to submit any associated DOAS worksheets to the ClimateMaster Engineering Department for review. The review process ensures that the configuration parameters have been specified correctly for the unit and that the factory has the information needed to manufacture the device to the customer's specification.

To submit the worksheet to the ClimateMaster Engineering department for review, select the worksheet and click the Submit Worksheet to Engineering for Review button at the bottom of the worksheet.

The system will prompt the user to enter comments. The comments may be used to communicate any special information necessary to the engineering department. Comments are stored along with the worksheet and may be reviewed at any time by clicking the view button  at the top of the worksheet. Previous comments are displayed in the Comments History section. A comment is not required.

Once the Save and Send button is clicked, the worksheet status will change from Open to Engineering Review. An e-mail message will be sent to the user that created the project and worksheet as well as to the engineering department at ClimateMaster to let them know about the review request.

Once the engineering department has reviewed the worksheet they will send it back to the user at which point the user will be able to submit the order to the Business Center.
