Request a User Account Account Management.Request a User Account (20)
If you have never signed up for an account, click Request User Account. Your default password will be automatically generated by ClimateMaster when you Request a User Account. You will receive an email from ClimateMaster when your account is approved. After receipt of this email, log in with the temporary password and the program will prompt you to reset your password.
To request a new user account click the Request User Account link from the login page.
You will be redirected to the Request User Account page where you will be asked to provide the basic information necessary to create your account.
The following fields are required when requesting a user account:
•Company Name (maximum of 50 characters)
•First Name (maximum of 40 characters)
•Last Name (maximum of 40 characters)
•E-mail Address (maximum of 100 characters. E-mail addresses must be unique throughout all users in the Solution Center)
•Desired User name (maximum of 50 characters. User names must be unique throughout all users in the Solution Center)
•Country
•Users must agree to ClimateMaster's terms and conditions in order to submit the account request.
When entering values for the E-mail Address or Desired User Name the system will automatically check the address or name entered. If it finds that the e-mail address or user name has been used it will display a red x next to the field. See the figure below:
If the e-mail address or desired user name has not been used a green check will appear to let you know that it is valid and available for use.
Once your request is submitted you will receive a message similar to the following.
When the request is submitted an e-mail is generated by the system and forward to the System Account Administrator. An example of the e-mail message may be seen here.
If the account is approved by the account administrator, the user requesting the account will receive two e-mails. The first e-mail informs the user that their account request has been approved. The second e-mail is the standard password reset e-mail message that contains a link so the user is able to reset their password in order for them to login. If for some reason, the account administrator does not approve the user's account request, the User Account Denial E-mail message will be sent to the user requesting the account.
When your account is approved you will receive an e-mail regarding the process of logging on to the system for the first time.
If this is the first time you are logging on to the system you will be presented with ClimateMaster’s Disclaimer statement. In order to continue the login process you must click the button. If you click you will be logged off and returned to the login page.
The next time you log on to the system you will not see the message.
