If a user leaves employment of the office, you should inactivate the user. You can re-assign their projects to other users in the project screen>Project users.

Log in to the ClimateMaster Solution Center and select User Administration from the Administration menu. Select the user from the list and click  to open the User Administration page.

1.In the User Account Settings section, uncheck the User is Active check box. You may optionally clear the other check boxes as well, but it is not necessary in case the user is re-activated at a later time.

1.Click  to return to the User Administration page. Click Home menu button to return to the Home Page.

2.The user will now be unable to log into the system. All their projects, selections, quotes, etc. will remain in the system. This inactive user’s projects can be reassigned to another user using the Project > User Administration screen or using the User Administration > Edit User and auto-assign user feature.

a.Click Projects and select a Project Schedule

b.Click  at the top of the screen.

c.Now add the user by entering their user name or by using the search function.
