When a representative sends a change request for the default multiplier to their Regional Sales Manager and the request is reviewed, the sales manager will review the request as outlined in the Review Special Multiplier Requests section and send the quote or order back to the rep. The rep will receive an e-mail informing them of the change in multiplier status. An example of the e-mail is shown below.
