Anytime that a representative requests a special engineering request the system will generate and forward two identical e-mails. One of the e-mails will be forwarded to the representative that owns or created the quote or order and the other e-mail will be forwarded to the e-mail address specified by the EngineeringEmail address in the Security database's SystemAdminEmails table. An example of the e-mail message is shown below:
