Configuring DOAS worksheets DOAS.Configuring DOAS Worksheets (860)
Before submitting an order containing DOAS units to ClimateMaster it is necessary to ensure that all of the units contained on the order have a corresponding entry on a worksheet. ClimateMaster requires the worksheet to enable them to properly configure the unit before it leaves the factory.
To configure a DOAS worksheet, locate it using either of the methods specified in the help topic "Accessing DOAS worksheets" and configure the properties as detailed below.
DOAS Header
The DOAS header refers to the section of the worksheet that associates the worksheet with a specific project. An example of a new worksheet header is shown in the following figure.
The system automatically fills in the some of the header information from information gathered directly from the project to which the worksheet is related, or from the Solution Center system itself. Below is a detailed list and description of the fields contained in the worksheet header.
Field |
Description |
Date |
The date the worksheet was created |
PO # |
The purchase order, if any, associated with the worksheet |
Project # |
This field cannot be changed and is the project number obtained from the project to which the worksheet is associated |
Project Name |
This field cannot be changed and is the project name obtained from the project to which the worksheet is associated |
City |
The city, or location of where the units on the worksheet are to be installed or delivered |
State |
The state of where the units on the worksheet are to be installed or delivered |
Enter any of the values desired and when the Save button is clicked the data will be saved along with the worksheet.
Configuring Line Items
If you created the DOAS worksheet by selecting the line items on the Equipment Schedule page, they will be displayed in the Line Items section of the worksheet page as shown below
The grid displays several columns of information for each DOAS unit. This information is described in the table below.

Displays the unit's order string configuration code |
Status |
|
Unit Tag |
Displays the unit's tag information, if any |
Adding DOAS Units
There are two ways to add existing units to a DOAS worksheet. One method is to select the unit from the equipment schedule page and then select the DOAS worksheet. This is described in more detail in the section entitled "Creating new DOAS worksheets". Another method is to click the plus icon in the Line Items section of the worksheet. This will cause a pop up box to be displayed that will allow the user to select the line item desired and configure the specifications of the worksheet. See the figure below for an example.
The unit that is to be added to the worksheet may be selected from the Order Code drop down list box. After the unit is selected several options may be configured for the unit. The options marked with a red * are required in order to save the specifications to the worksheet. The other parameters are optional.
Beginning with Solution Center version 3.3.55, the DOAS worksheet values that are entered are validated against the following values.

Deleting DOAS Units
To delete a DOAS unit, click the check box next to the unit and click the minus icon at the top of the grid. This will remove the line item from the worksheet. NOTE! Deleting the line item from the DOAS worksheet does not remove the line item from the project schedule.
