Check the Status of Orders

When a user is logged in, the first screen that appears is the dashboard. The purpose of the dashboard is to summarize some quick links on the latest Projects, Quotes, and Orders you have been working on. It will display the following information.

My Recent Projects – Shows a list of projects that have been recently updated.  The projects are sorted by the last project edited at the top. Click the icon to drill down. You may click the page number 1  2  3  4 to see multiple projects. To search by name, click the Projects menu and search.

My Recent Quotes – Shows a list of the most recent quotes with latest edited on top.

Order on Hold for Submittals – These are orders that have been saved, but not submitted to the factory.

Submitted Orders, Waiting on Approval – These are orders where you are waiting for approval from the factory. After the order has been approved, the order will drop off this list, but be accessible by the Project screen.

Once the order is approved by the factory, order status will be provided using the factory order status process of e-mails and faxes using a different software system.
