Until further notice, please do not modify your passwords in the CMSC (ClimateMaster Solution Center). Password changes should be made in the Business Center software which will be synchronized on a periodic basis with CMSC. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact ClimateMaster for more information.

If you need to change your password for any reason, follow these steps

Select Change Password from the Administration menu.

Enter your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password text boxes. Please note that passwords must be between 6 and 20 characters in length and may contain only alpha-numeric characters with no spaces.

Once you have entered your password click the button. You will use your new password when you log in the next time.
