Accessories can be added to a line item, quote or order. If you add an accessory to a line item it is directly associated with the line item. If the line item is added to a quote or order, the accessories attached to that line item are also added.

Accessories can also be added to a quote or order. If you add an accessory to a quote or order the accessory is associated with quote or order and not with any specific line items. This is generally done if the accessory is not directly related to a line item or was added after the line item was selected. Either method of adding accessories is acceptable and the end result will not differ.

To add an accessory to a quote or order, select the quote or order from the Project Schedule page. Once the quote or order is displayed, scroll down to the Line Items and Accessories section of the page as shown in the figure below.

Click the  icon in the Consolidated Accessories section to be redirected to the Accessories for Quote or Accessories for Order page (see figure below).

Select the accessory type from the drop down list to change the list of accessories displayed in the Available Accessories section.

Once you have located the accessory you wish to add, update the quantity and click the  button. The accessory will be added to the list of current accessories along with the quantity, order code, name and total price.

You can also edit the quantity or delete the accessory by using the  and icons contained in the Current Accessories grid.

Once you have finished selecting the accessories click the  button to return to the quote or order.
